Do I own the system?
Yes. Everything is built on your accounts — your WhatsApp Business, your CRM, your domain. If you ever leave, the system stays.
What if I already have a CRM?
Even better — I plug into it. I have implemented automations on top of HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Bitrix24, Kylas and plain Google Sheets.
Will my leads receive bot-feeling messages?
No. Messages are written in your voice with the right pauses and personal cues. If a lead replies with anything off-script, the conversation hands off to you instantly.
Is WhatsApp automation against WhatsApp's terms?
When done via the Official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) the way I build it, no. Unofficial scrapers will get your number banned — I never use those.
